These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI Resume Builder application ("App"), operated by Skyline Bulls Technology LLC ("we", "our", or "us"), located at 4926 Lunt Ave, Skokie, IL 60077, United States.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our App, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Eligibility

The App is intended for users worldwide. However, users under 13 (US) or 16 (EU) must not use the App without explicit parental consent. If a minor uses the App, a parent or legal guardian must email us at office@skylinebulls.com with their written consent.

3. Account Registration

To use core features of the App, you must register for an account. You can sign up using Google or a valid email/password combination via Supabase Auth. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.

4. Use of the App

AI Resume Builder offers AI-powered resume generation based on information you provide during interactive interviews. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Use the App for lawful purposes only
• Not attempt to interfere with, exploit, or reverse-engineer the system

5. Payments and Billing

We offer various billing models, including:

• Monthly or annual auto-renewed subscriptions
• One-time payments for credits
• Usage-based pricing through a credit system

All payments are processed via Stripe. No card information is stored by us.

Subscriptions can be canceled anytime, but we do not issue refunds unless legally required or if we are clearly at fault.

6. Data and Privacy

By using the App, you agree to our Privacy Policy . We collect personal information only for the purpose of providing resume-building functionality. Your AI interview responses and session history are stored securely and used to deliver better user experience.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and code within the App, except for user-generated content (e.g. resumes), is the intellectual property of Skyline Bulls Technology LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or repurpose it without written permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms or misuse the platform. You may delete your account at any time via your account settings.

9. AI Usage and Limitations

The App uses AI (via OpenAI) to assist in resume creation. While we aim for high-quality results, the AI may occasionally produce errors. You acknowledge that you are responsible for reviewing and verifying your resume content before use.

10. User Misconduct and Abuse

Attempts to exploit the AI, spam the system, or act maliciously will result in permanent account termination. After 3 clear instances of such behavior, the AI interview session will auto-terminate with no resume output delivered.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. Jurisdiction lies with the courts of Cook County, Illinois.

Before initiating legal action, users are encouraged to contact us at office@skylinebulls.com to seek a resolution. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues informally.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes, and continued use of the App implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
